1. Product Overview

The SGA-700D is an integrated pump-suction intelligent gas sensor module launched in 2018, adopting left-right horizontal air inlet layout. The built-in air pump performs active gas extraction, and the horizontally optimized air channel is airtight and smooth. The module supports 5-pin and 7-pin dual pin selection, inherits ppb-level high detection precision and factory pre-calibration function. It provides standard dual signals and optional 4-20mA current output. Designed for horizontal installation and lateral sampling, it is widely applied in horizontal industrial pipelines, side-mounted detection equipment and mobile gas monitoring devices.

2. Sensing Technology & Self-Cleaning System

The module uses built-in air pump for active gas sampling, and configures electrochemical, catalytic combustion, infrared, PID and other sensing technologies according to different monitored gases. Gas enters the sampling chamber through left-right horizontal air channels. Internal signal processing and environmental compensation circuits ensure stable and accurate measurement. There is no active self-cleaning system. The fully sealed shell and closed air channel block dust and foreign matter. The streamlined channel reduces dirt accumulation, and only simple regular cleaning is required during long-term operation.
