1. Product Overview

The SGA-700C is an integrated pump-suction intelligent gas sensor module released in 2018, featuring up-down air inlet structure. Built-in air pump realizes active gas extraction, and the optimized air channel is airtight and leak-proof to ensure smooth air intake. The product supports 5-pin and 7-pin versions, retains high-precision detection capability and factory pre-calibration. It is compatible with multiple sensing principles and provides dual standard signals plus optional 4-20mA output. With IP55 protection and intrinsically safe design, it is specially used for confined spaces, vertical pipelines and scenarios requiring active gas sampling.

2. Sensing Technology & Self-Cleaning System

This module integrates an air pump to realize active gas sampling, and matches electrochemical, catalytic combustion, infrared, PID and other sensing technologies for different gases. Gas is pumped into the sealed sampling chamber through the vertical up-down air channel. Internal circuits complete signal amplification, temperature & humidity compensation and digital processing. There is no active self-cleaning function. The fully sealed air channel and shell block dust and sundries. The smooth flow channel reduces dirt adhesion, so the module only needs regular external inspection and simple cleaning in daily use.
