1. Product Overview

The SGA-700B is an upgraded high-precision diffusion-type gas sensor module based on SGA-700A, launched in 2018. It adopts a 5-pin simplified interface, and uses thickened pins and electroplating process to improve connection reliability and anti-oxidation ability. The internal circuit is optimized to enhance anti-interference performance. It retains ppb-level high precision, diffusion sampling and factory pre-calibration functions, and supports optional 4-20mA current output. This module is suitable for large-scale industrial matching and high-reliability high-precision gas monitoring projects.

2. Sensing Technology & Self-Cleaning System

The module matches electrochemical, catalytic combustion, infrared, PID and other mainstream sensing technologies according to monitoring gas types. It uses natural diffusion for gas sampling. The upgraded circuit and environmental compensation unit ensure stable signal transmission and anti-interference capability. There is no active self-cleaning system. The fully sealed electroplated shell and compact structure reduce dust accumulation. With good corrosion resistance, it can maintain stable performance under long-term industrial operating conditions with only simple routine maintenance.
