1. Product Overview

The SGA-400B is an upgraded version based on SGA-400A, released in 2018 as a subminiature diffusion-type intelligent gas sensor module. It optimizes internal circuit structure to improve overall measurement accuracy and operational stability. The product adopts a simplified 5-pin interface for simpler wiring and assembly. It retains natural diffusion sampling, factory pre-calibration and plug-and-play characteristics, and is compatible with multiple gas detection principles covering more than 1000 gas types. The electroplated surface and pins enhance anti-corrosion performance. With IP55 protection and intrinsically safe design, it is more suitable for mass production and large-scale embedded gas monitoring projects.

2. Sensing Technology & Self-Cleaning System

This module adopts mainstream gas sensing technologies such as electrochemical, catalytic combustion, infrared and PID according to different monitoring gases. Natural diffusion mode is used for gas sampling, and external gas spontaneously enters the internal sampling chamber. The upgraded signal processing circuit and temperature & humidity compensation unit ensure stable signal output. There is no active self-cleaning function. The fully sealed aluminum alloy shell effectively blocks dust and moisture, and the optimized external structure reduces dirt adhesion, so the module only needs simple regular maintenance in daily use.
