Description

1. Product Overview

The SGA-400A is the basic subminiature diffusion-type module of Singoan SGA series, released in 2015. It integrates imported high-performance gas sensors, signal processing circuits and temperature & humidity compensation units. Factory full calibration eliminates secondary calibration work for users. With unified 7-pin pinout and dual output signals, this ultra-compact module supports multiple detection principles and more than 1000 kinds of combustible, toxic and volatile gases. Featuring aluminum alloy housing, IP55 protection and intrinsically safe design, it is designed for general industrial and civil embedded gas monitoring scenarios with limited installation space.

2. Sensing Technology & Self-Cleaning System

This module applies multiple mature gas sensing technologies including electrochemical, catalytic combustion, infrared, PID, MOS and semiconductor according to different detected gases. It adopts natural diffusion air intake structure, where ambient gas enters the internal sampling chamber spontaneously. The built-in signal amplification, filtering and temperature/humidity compensation circuits process raw signals stably. There is no active self-cleaning system. The smooth structural design and sealed enclosure reduce dust and moisture accumulation, lowering daily maintenance frequency in ordinary outdoor and indoor environments.
