1. Product Overview
The INK312 is a high‑precision digital four‑electrode online conductivity and salinity sensor for continuous water quality monitoring. It offers better accuracy, wider measuring range, and higher stability than traditional two‑electrode sensors. It integrates temperature sensing and automatic temperature compensation (ATC), with an IP68 waterproof and corrosion‑resistant design for long‑term submerged use. It simultaneously measures and outputs conductivity, salinity, TDS, and temperature. Pre‑calibrated at the factory, it supports plug‑and‑play deployment. It is widely used in surface water, wastewater, aquaculture, and industrial monitoring.
2. Sensing Technology & Self-Cleaning System
Sensing Technology
The INK312 uses a four‑electrode measurement system: two excitation electrodes apply an AC voltage, and two sensing electrodes measure the induced current. This design separates excitation and detection circuits, eliminates polarization and contact resistance errors, and ensures stable measurement even in high‑conductivity liquids. Conductivity is calculated using the calibrated cell constant and Ohm’s Law for high accuracy. A built‑in temperature sensor enables automatic temperature compensation to maintain reliable readings across 0–50°C. Data is digitally processed and transmitted via RS485 MODBUS RTU for stable long‑distance communication.
Self-Cleaning System
The INK312 does not include an integrated self‑cleaning system (ultrasonic, mechanical, or chemical). A cleaning brush is provided as a standard accessory for manual maintenance.
