1. Product Overview

The INK310 is a high‑precision digital four‑electrode conductivity, salinity, and TDS sensor designed for continuous online monitoring in industrial water treatment, environmental monitoring, and marine applications. Using advanced four‑electrode technology, it delivers better accuracy, wider measuring range, and higher long‑term stability than traditional two‑electrode sensors. It integrates a temperature sensor and automatic temperature compensation (ATC) to ensure reliable readings under varying temperatures. Equipped with an RS‑485 interface and MODBUS protocol, it supports easy integration with industrial control systems and outputs conductivity, salinity, TDS, and temperature simultaneously for comprehensive water quality assessment.

2. Sensing Technology & Self-Cleaning System

Sensing Technology

The INK310 uses four‑electrode conductivity measurement: two outer electrodes provide a stable AC excitation current, and two inner electrodes measure the voltage drop across the solution. This structure eliminates polarization errors found in two‑electrode sensors, ensuring high precision even in high‑conductivity and high‑salinity environments.
An internal temperature sensor enables automatic temperature compensation (ATC), normalizing readings to a 25°C reference to maintain accuracy across 0–50°C. Digital data is transmitted via RS‑485 and MODBUS RTU, supporting long‑distance, stable communication, remote calibration, and configuration.

Self-Cleaning System
The product does not include a built‑in self‑cleaning system (mechanical, ultrasonic, or chemical). External cleaning or regular maintenance is required in heavily fouled environments.
