Product Overview

The INK240 is an online self-cleaning water quality transparency sensor designed for long-term in-situ water environment monitoring. It adopts a reagent-free transmission light method, equipped with customized optical components, a compact 316L stainless steel housing, and a mechanical self-cleaning system. It solves the common problems of traditional optical sensors such as easy biofouling, data drift, and frequent maintenance, enabling stable long-term monitoring with low operation and maintenance costs.

2. Sensing Technology & Self-Cleaning System

• Sensing Technology: It uses the transmission light method to calculate water transparency based on light attenuation, with a measuring range of 0–500 cm, featuring good linearity and intuitive data. The customized optical structure improves anti-interference performance, reducing the impact of ambient light and water color to ensure stable measurement under various working conditions.

• Self-Cleaning System: Built-in rotating mechanical cleaning brush regularly wipes the optical window, effectively removing algae, microorganisms, sediment attachments and air bubble interference. With low power consumption (0.1 W in standby mode, 0.6 W in cleaning mode), it requires no additional air supply or chemicals, greatly extending the manual maintenance interval.
