The Induskey SGA608 is a pump-suction, multi-parameter gas analyzer of the SGA-608 series, developed for multi-component gas detection. Each unit is freely configured with 1 to 10 target gases and can be expanded with PM2.5, PM10, temperature, and humidity monitoring; built-in smart sensor technology makes sensor modules plug-and-play. The analyzer operates on electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, PID (photoionization), semiconductor, optical waveguide, or MOS principles, covering more than 1,000 flammable, toxic, and volatile (VOC) gases.
A 7-inch HD touchscreen displays all measured values at a glance and allows historical data to be queried or exported with automatically generated trend curves; multi-stage sample gas conditioning keeps data accurate, and an optional high-temperature probe permits direct sampling at up to 1200°C — solving flue gas, exhaust, and process-gas analysis that ordinary detectors cannot handle.
Designed for both fixed and portable use, the analyzer runs on 220V DC with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery for more than 10 hours of field operation, and is carried by hand (approx. 6 kg) to emergency scenes, plants, and monitoring points. Through the optional IoT platform, data is viewed synchronously on APP, mini-program, and PC, with gas over-limit alarms and mobile patrol tracking.
