Depending on the target gas, the detector operates on electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, PID (photoionization), semiconductor, or optical waveguide sensing principles, covering more than 1,000 detectable gases. The transmitter converts the measured concentration into standard 4-20mA, RS485, or 0-5V signals for direct integration with gas alarm controllers, PLC, and DCS systems, solving the problem of round-the-clock leak surveillance without on-site personnel.
