The Induskey SGA-ZHB-10 is a standardized, modular ten-channel signal conversion board launched for multi-gas detection needs such as odor electronic noses and special pollutant factor monitoring. The user freely combines 1 to 10 target gases — with no restriction on gas type, measuring range, or sampling method — and the board outputs all channels over RS485, RS232, 4-20mA, and USB-to-TTL serial interfaces. Built-in smart sensing technology makes every gas module plug-and-play with automatic recognition.
The board accommodates smart sensor modules of different detection principles and works with imported original sensors for stable performance, high accuracy, and strong stability. Diffusion and pump-suction sampling are both supported with a unified sampling approach, and the board operates from a wide DC 24V (12-30V) supply on an intrinsically safe circuit.
Deployed either in mobile monitoring or fixed online monitoring stations, the 180 × 180 mm board is integrated into the customer's own instruments.
