The Induskey SGA-100X is an intelligent, standardized, and modular multi-parameter environmental monitoring module series, launched for multi-gas detection needs in micro air monitoring stations, odor online monitoring, chemical industry parks, and factory boundary monitoring. Two board versions are offered: the six-gas dust module (small) supporting 1-6 target gases, and the ten-gas dust module (large) supporting up to 10 gases — both expandable with PM2.5, PM10, temperature, and humidity indicators.
Powered at 12-30V with a standard RS485-RTU output, the module carries built-in smart sensing technology and patented algorithms; all smart gas sensor modules are plug-and-play with automatic recognition. Imported original four-electrode gas sensors — compatible with electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, and PID principles — provide high resolution, low detection limits, and stable data at low maintenance cost. An optional large LCD screen displays gas name, unit, and live concentration in real time, with data storage, calibration, parameter setting, historical query, curve generation, and system reset functions.
Embedded into the customer's monitoring stations and instruments, the module solves the high entry barrier and uncontrollable quality problems of the micro air station and odor monitoring industries: one integration covers more than 1,000 combustible, toxic, and volatile gases, and the sensor-integrated gas chamber allows diffusion or pump-suction sampling at the monitoring point.
