Description

1. Product Overview

The Induskey SGA-100 is a standardized, modular gas detection module independently developed for 24-hour online monitoring of combustible, toxic, and volatile gases present in air. An imported original gas sensor is combined with a 32-bit microprocessor and a 24-bit data acquisition chip, followed by full-range temperature & humidity compensation and calibration with 99.999% purity standard gas — delivering a measurement front end that directly outputs a 4-20mA analog current signal or an RS485 digital signal.
The module solves the signal-acquisition problem for equipment manufacturers: after purchase, the customer directly acquires standard signals for data transmission and online monitoring, without building a sensor front end or performing calibration. Detection covers more than 1,000 combustible and toxic gases, with measuring units selectable among %LEL, %VOL, PPM, PPB, and µg/m³.
Deployed inside the customer's own instruments or at the monitoring point, the SGA-100A/B version offers a large LCD for real-time concentration display and three indicator LEDs — work, alarm, and fault — for at-a-glance status supervision on its intrinsically safe circuit. One to two passive relay contact signals are optionally available for interlocking with fans or solenoid valve control.
