While the company demonstrated strong theoretical expertise and research credentials, our field evaluation revealed a critical gap: they had no prior experience in developing similar industrial-grade analytical instruments. Based on this assessment, we made the strategic decision not to proceed with this supplier.
Maintaining our commitment to quality and reliability, we continued our search and ultimately identified a qualified manufacturer based in Wuhan. This company specializes in supplying advanced analytical instruments to universities and research institutions, and possesses strong engineering and production capabilities aligned with our client’s requirements.
The selected partner offered several key advantages:

A structured development timeline of approximately three months
A transparent commercial model: 30% upfront deposit, with the remaining 70% payable upon completion
Following the development phase, the client conducted certification procedures for the product in Kazakhstan. The results confirmed a high level of satisfaction with both performance and build quality.
Notably, the final product achieves approximately 95% of the performance level of comparable European and American alternatives, while maintaining a significantly more competitive price point—well below half the cost of similar products in Western markets.
